Overview

Building on the strong heritage of the GT nameplate, the new GT-P boasts impressive performance credentials.

Powered by the new supercharged Boss 5.0 litre V8 engine, the GT-P produces 335kW of power at 5,750rpm and 570Nm of torque at 2,200-5,500rpm.  Most importantly the increased power does not compromise on fuel economy with figures boasting13.6L/13.7L per 100km (ADR 81/01) for the manual and automatic transmissions respectively.

The GT-P features as standard, the premium Brembo brake package comprising of 355 x 32mm cross drilled and ventilated front rotors with Brembo 6- piston calipers and 330 x 28mm cross drilled and ventilated rear rotors with Brembo 4-piston calipers to ensure the control is at both ends of the performance spectrum.

With such a powerful and technologically advanced engine under the bonnet, the GT-P is further complimented by state of the art safety features including:

• Driver and front passenger airbags
• Curtain airbags plus front seat side thorax airbags
• Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) and traction control
• 4-channel Anti-lock braking system (ABS)
• Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD) and Electronic Brake Assist (EBA)
• Beltminder technology
• Reverse sensing system

Completing the external aesthetics is the GT-P’s striking new Boss 335 striping package, unique Silver Chrome front grille and new 19” 5-spoke premium alloy wheels with machined face and Silver accents.  The rear of the vehicle also features the new high-flow twin pipe quad outlet exhaust system
